Social ethics and transformation

In line with the guidelines established by the new Companies Act, Brexits Asset Management reconstituted its transformation committee as a social, ethics and transformation committee, a subcommittee of the Brexits Asset Management Equity Holdings Board. It meets every quarter and oversees the company’s strategy and performance, health and safety, including the impact of our operations, products and services on the environment as well as transformation from a broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) perspective.
